1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TechMate.in services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

TechMate.in is operated by TechMate Digital Solutions, a digital agency based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, providing web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services to businesses in the Greater Toronto Area.

2. Services Description

TechMate.in provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Mobile application development (PWAs and native apps)
• Payment gateway integration
• QR code marketing campaigns
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and analytics
• Ongoing website maintenance and support
• Digital marketing consultation

All services are provided subject to availability and our capacity to deliver quality results within agreed timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of TechMate.in, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approval within agreed timeframes
• Provide access to necessary accounts, domains, and hosting when required
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule and terms
• Respect intellectual property rights of TechMate.in and third parties
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit is typically required before work begins
• Payments are due according to project milestones or monthly for ongoing services
• Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
• Additional work beyond the original scope will be billed separately

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed upon.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services:

• Clients own the final delivered website, application, or digital asset
• Clients receive source code and access to all accounts created for their project
• TechMate.in retains the right to use project work in our portfolio
• Any third-party tools, plugins, or services remain subject to their respective licenses
• TechMate.in retains ownership of our proprietary tools, processes, and methodologies

6. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and client responsiveness:

• Timelines may be adjusted based on scope changes or delayed client feedback
• We strive to meet all agreed deadlines but cannot guarantee delivery dates
• Delays caused by client feedback, content provision, or approvals may extend timelines
• Force majeure events may impact delivery schedules

7. Limitation of Liability

TechMate.in's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party service failures or security breaches
• Issues arising from client-provided content or materials
• Downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control

8. Warranty and Support

We provide:

• 30-day warranty on deliverables against defects in workmanship
• Support for issues directly related to our development work
• Training and documentation for delivered solutions
• Ongoing maintenance services available separately

We do not warrant third-party services, plugins, or integrations beyond our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• Clients may terminate projects but remain responsible for work completed
• TechMate.in may terminate for non-payment or breach of terms
• Upon termination, clients receive all work completed to date
• Ongoing service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days notice

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality of all project information. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling practices.

Clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary processes, tools, or methodologies shared by TechMate.in.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

12. Changes to Terms

TechMate.in reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
